Are your crew members certified to do this type of work?
A:
Absolutely yes! We certify our crew members in many aspects. Each person is OSHA Certified, CPR Certified and everyone must complete a First Aid Course. Each person is trained in Fall Protection for the Competent Person, Lead Safety Training for Construction, GHS Hazard Communication Training and each crew member has been certified as a Competent Climber (ComTrain). All employees are trained on Aerial and Scissor lifts regardless of whether they may or may not be on a project utilizing lifts. Lastly, we never run 1 man crews, with our minimum crew size of 2 people.

Do you decommission towers?
A:
Yes. Many of our projects include the removal of the tower structure itself along with the foundation. Even fencing and other site structures can be removed. Complete decommissioning can include the grading of property. Grass seed planting can return the land to a natural state. A team of tower professionals trained in using proper equipment can quickly decommission a broadcast antenna.

Do you have the ability to stack towers?
A:
Yes, we are trained and equipped to perform tower stacking up to 300 feet in height utilizing cranes.

Do you do Lead Remediation?
A:
Our related company, Pro Tower Painters, specialize in lead remediation and containment of lead based paint. Pro Tower Painters have developed systems over the years to remediate lead and contain it during that remediation process, always disposing of the lead based paint safely.
Q:
How long will the paint last on my tower after paint it?
A:
There are various paint systems that Pro Tower Painters use to fit our customers’ needs. We have paint systems that can last 12-17 years and paint systems that will last 20-25 years. Each tower is different (age, condition, environment, etc.) and everybody’s budget is different so we do our best to work with that budget and the tower’s needs.
