We do not stop there in our approach to employee safety with our documented daily safety meetings, safety and work plans. Each employee has the right and responsibility to stop all work if they are not fully trained or comfortable with the task at hand.

We are always looking to grow and expand our team of tower professionals and experts. Extensive training and preparation for safety certifications are provided as part of our on-boarding experience. Prior experience with climbing/safety equipment, gear and ropes is a plus.
