Pro Tower Maintenance believes in the “Safety First” approach. Our climbers earn every mandated safety certification in the industry. We do not stop there in our approach to employee safety with our documented daily safety meetings, safety and work plans. Each employee has the right and responsibility to stop all work if they are not fully trained or comfortable with the task at hand.

Are you looking for an exciting and high-elevation work environment? We recruit from all fifty states and offer very competitive wages. We will cover the cost for travel, room and board and any needed training or certifications.
We are always looking to grow and expand our team of tower professionals and experts. Extensive training and preparation for safety certifications are provided as part of our on-boarding experience. Prior experience with climbing/safety equipment, gear and ropes is a plus.
